Credit Cards by
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Multiple Product Orders by
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Out-of-Stock Products by
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time, and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Returns on NONE FORMULA BOTTLED PRODUCTS only are allowed within 10 days of delivery in the United States and 15 days of delivery for international buyers provided the item is still unopened and factory sealed. Unused products must be returned in their original box/packaging. Returns that are sent to us without their original box/package will be refused. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We will take no responsibility for un-insured returns that are lost by the returning carrier. Monaluce retains the right to levy a charge of 25% of the order value on canceled orders to cover admin, and handling costs. No refund on shipping charges. If your order had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. This also applies to non-collected items from the post office. For all international shipments, Monaluce will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. International customers, please be aware that if your order is returned back by you, or because of your local customs policies via any carrier that results in postage costs, customs duties, taxes, or fees being assessed to Monaluce, the amount of these charges are in addition to your shipping charges and will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Our secure checkout system using PayPal secure 128-bit encryption coding ensures your peace of mind when it comes to security concerns. If paying by credit card, your credit card number is even hidden from us. There is no more secure way to purchase online. Pay Pal Ltd is a secure, online, real-time payment service provider, supporting all major credit and debit cards with the (major) US acquiring banks for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We ship Monaluce Product line all over the world. Payment processing and shipping for international orders are handled directly through the Monaluce Sales Department, internationalorders@Monaluce.com. International orders cannot be processed through the Monaluce.com website.
Please, send an email to internationalorders@Monaluce.com with a list of what you would like to order, along with your exact address. We will respond with a quote that includes shipping and handling charges to your destination, and wait for your authorization before we process your order. You may also fax us at 714-599-9022.
There are adjusted restrictions depending upon the destination. We accept all credit cards and Paypal. It is often necessary to provide our credit card authorization service with additional details. For large orders, or for new customers making their first order, there may be a waiting period for fund clearance. Under no circumstances do we accept wire transfers, checks, or money orders. International shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service.
It should be noted that customers from abroad often have a friend or relative in the US handle the purchase, then the friend in the US sends the product to the foreign location in whatever manner they wish.
Monalunce shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. Since Just Monaluce, Inc. is a California-based company, sales tax in the amount of 7.75% is charged for any customer whose billing address is within California by state law. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors by
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Monaluce shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Monaluce shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Monaluce shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders and
All claims for damages must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please send clear digital pictures of the damaged item to email@example.com Damages to shipments sent through priority mail must be taken to your local post office and a claim filed. The USPS requires all packaging and damaged contents to start a claim.
Monaluce cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by the postal carrier to your address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location, such as a PO Box, a place of residence where someone is home to accept the package or a place of employment where someone is there to accept the package.
No refunds or credits will be given for lost or stolen orders. For this reason, Monaluce uses delivery confirmation as the method of traceable shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number via email confirmation after your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your order.
Some of our products are for professional use and can only be guaranteed by the use of a professional hairdresser. Use At your own risk. We cannot be responsible for errors made by non-professionals.
We make every effort to make sure the price you see online is the correct price. Occasionally, there may be instances where the price of a product does not reflect the true price of the item. If there is a price error we will contact the customers that placed the orders and we will offer them the product at the true price.
