Monaluce Return Policy

Formulation Products

For health and safety reasons, Monaluce does not accept returns or exchanges on any formulation products, including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, treatments, masks, and oils. Once these items leave our facility, they are considered final sale and cannot be resold or restocked, as they may be subject to contamination or tampering.

None Formulation Products

Returns are accepted only for none formulation items (such as tools or accessories) within the following time frames:

United States: Within 10 days of delivery.
International Orders: Within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unopened, unused, and factory sealed.
Returned in the original packaging and box.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return Shipping & Refunds

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns or canceled orders to cover administrative and handling costs.
Monaluce is not responsible for uninsured returns, lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders

For all international shipments:

Monaluce is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or local import restrictions.
If your order is returned by customs or refused delivery, any associated costs (duties, taxes, or carrier fees) will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued for items seized or rejected by your local customs office.

How to Request a Return (for Eligible Items)

If your product qualifies for return under this policy:

Email sales@monaluce.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
